The event organizer has the right to expel any vendor who violates the rules and regulations.
Things You Should Know
what happens if it rains or snows or is extremely cold?
This event is outdoors and will be happening in rain or shine. That being said, if the temperatures drop below an unreasonable and/or dangerous temperature, we reserve the right to close the market early for vendor and visitor safety.
as a vendor what do i need to bring?
You MUST provide your own tables and chairs for both enclosed spaces and tents. If you choose a hut or enclosed space, you will need to bring your own decorations. The enclosed spaces are metal, so feel free to use magnets to create your display.
will there be security overnight for my booth?
We will have 24-hour security in the venue. We recommend tearing down at night and setting up the next day. If you choose to leave your materials overnight, that is your responsibility and you agree not to hold us liable for anything that could happen overnight, including but not limited to weather, theft, and damage.
what will you provide?
We will provide restrooms, trash service, a plug-in for low voltage electrical devices, such as Christmas lights, and advertising to help make this event a success. We just ask that you share and re-post the event to your marketing channels!
